Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" on our homepage. Provide your name, email address, and create a secure password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

After verification, log in and complete your profile to start using PostZona.

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Navigate to Settings → Connected Accounts. Click "Connect Facebook" or "Connect Instagram" and follow the authorization flow.

You'll need admin access to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you want to manage. PostZona securely stores access tokens using AES-256 encryption.

How do I create a business profile?

Go to Business Profiles and click "Create New Profile." Fill in your business information:

  • Business name and description
  • Industry/category
  • Target audience details
  • Brand tone and style preferences

This information helps PostZona's AI generate more relevant and on-brand content.

Creating Campaigns

How do I create an AI-powered campaign?

Navigate to Campaigns → Create Campaign. You'll need to:

  1. Select a business profile
  2. Add products or services to promote
  3. Choose target platforms (Facebook, Instagram, or both)
  4. Select brand tone, image style, and target audience
  5. Click "Generate Campaign"

PostZona's AI will generate compelling ad copy and professional images using OpenAI's DALL-E technology.

Can I regenerate content if I don't like it?

Yes! From the campaign detail page, click "Regenerate Content" to create new variations. You can:

  • Regenerate all content for specific platforms
  • Adjust tone, style, or audience settings
  • Keep generating until you find the perfect content

Note: Each regeneration consumes credits based on your selection.

What are Brand Asset Campaigns?

Brand Asset Campaigns let you upload your own images (product photos, event flyers, etc.) and have PostZona's AI generate promotional content around them.

The AI creates multiple content variations with different tones:

  • Emotional: Appeals to feelings and emotions
  • Feature-focused: Highlights product benefits
  • Urgency-driven: Creates time-sensitive messaging

Scheduling & Publishing

How do I schedule posts?

From your campaign or brand asset detail page:

  1. Select the content variation you want to publish
  2. Click "Schedule Post"
  3. Choose your connected Facebook Page or Instagram account
  4. Select date and time for publication
  5. Click "Confirm Schedule"

PostZona uses Hangfire background jobs to reliably publish your posts at the scheduled time.

Can I view all my scheduled posts?

Yes! Navigate to Scheduled Posts to see a calendar view of all upcoming posts. You can:

  • View posts by date, platform, or business profile
  • Edit scheduled times before publication
  • Cancel posts that haven't been published yet
  • Track post status (Scheduled, Published, Failed)

Credits & Billing

How do credits work?

PostZona uses a credit-based system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits:

  • AI content generation: 10 credits
  • AI image generation: 20 credits
  • Publishing posts: 5 credits per post
  • Regenerating content: Same as initial generation

You can view your credit balance in the top navigation bar.

How do I purchase credits?

Click "Purchase Credits" in the navigation or when prompted. Select a credit package and complete payment through Stripe.

Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe - we never store your credit card details.

Troubleshooting

My scheduled post failed. What happened?

Common reasons for failed posts include:

  • Facebook/Instagram access token expired - reconnect your account
  • Page permissions changed - verify you still have admin access
  • Content violated platform policies - review Facebook/Instagram guidelines
  • Network or API issues - retry scheduling

Check your email for detailed error notifications, or contact support for assistance.

Images aren't displaying correctly

If you see spinning loaders or broken images:

  • Wait a few seconds - large images may take time to load
  • Refresh the page to regenerate signed URLs
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser or device

PostZona uses AWS S3 with signed URLs for secure image delivery. If problems persist, contact support.
