5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

PostZona operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you:

• Generate AI content for campaigns
• Create AI-generated images
• Publish posts to social media platforms
• Generate promotional content variations

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all charges incurred under your account
• Comply with Stripe's Terms of Service

5.3 Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credit adjustments for service disruptions or billing errors.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. By using PostZona, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content
• Use AI services to generate content based on your input
• Publish content to social media platforms on your behalf
• Display your content within the platform for service delivery

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Compatibility with all devices or platforms

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
